What is the price of the tour?
The tour is the cheapest bike tour in Europe: € 15 per person. Special discounts are available for groups of 20 or more. Ask for arrangements by sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. The price includes the bike-rental, a tour-guide, a boat-ride and one drink on the way.
Where and when does the tour start?
During the season (May - October) the tour starts at the meeting-point in the centre of Belgrade at the end of the main shopping street Kneza Mihaila and the entrance of the Kalemegdan Park. Click here for a map of the meeting point
Do I have to be in good physical condition to join the tour?
No, anyone who ever rode a bike can join the tour. We will cycle in an easy going manner without climbing any hills. After the first hour we will take a break to relax and recharge for the second part of the tour.
Does the tour continue when it rains?
Yes, the tours are on offer every day, no matter what the weather is like. The Belgrade summerrains are usually light and refreshing showers.
How long is the tour?
The tour is 30 km long and takes about 3,5 - 4 hours, including stops.
Can I book a tour in advance?
During the season (May - October) there is no need to book in advance, because every day of the week the tour leaves at 14.00 hrs from the meetingpoint. Can I rent a bicycle without taking the tour?
Yes, you can! You can rent bikes with our good friends of Marconi bikes at the 25 May Sports Centre. If you can't find it yourself, we will take you there if you come to the meetingpoint at 14.00. However, we suggest you first take a tour with iBikeBelgrade, so you know where to go once you rent a bike yourself.
Can I work at iBikeBelgrade?
Yes, you can! You can apply for a job with iBikeBelgrade only if you are very nice and friendly, you love Belgrade, you are willing to show others how great Belgrade is, and your English is good. Oh, by the way, you should be able to ride a bike, too! Send an e-mail with your motivation and CV to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can you recommend other ways to discover Belgrade?
Yes, we can! The best way to learn about the famous nightlife of Belgrade is by visiting the Belgrade Nightlife Academy. They don't offer a boring pub-crawl, but show you the diversity of Belgrade's nightlife, the history and culture of the traditional kafana's or take you underground. Whatever you like! Who is responsible for my safety during the tour?
You are! Although our guides try to get you through Belgrade it the safest way possible by using the best routes and bicycle-paths where ever possible, you are the one that is responsible for your own safety. You are therefore also responsible to check your bicycle before starting the tour to see if everything works and if you feel safe on it. All information can be found in our disclaimer.
